Position Summary:

The USMC Logistics Integrated Information Systems (LI2S-MC) program office provides development, sustainment, and service desk capabilities to Marine Corps operators.This position provides programmatic support (to include schedule development and sustainment) for the Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), a BCAT 1 program.GCSS-MC has approximately 10 efforts that require IMS/IGS development support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform program analyst tasks across multiple efforts simultaneously
• Identify schedule conflicts within and between efforts
• Develop options to deconflict

Experience:

·USMC familiarity or experience

·Experience in performing schedule analysis and identifying and mitigating potential schedule risks and issues

·Experience with DoD BCAT/ACAT programs

·Experience in supporting concurrent engagements and balancing competing demands from multiple government requirement owners

·Ability to plan and manage multiple programs and delivery on tasks, as needed

·Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery

·Ability to pay strict attention to detail, develop quality work products, and conduct continuous learning development

·Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate progress against key initiatives while accepting feedback

·Strong oral and written communication skills

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree

·10 years professional experience with Integrated Master Scheduling

·Expert proficiency with Microsoft Project
