POSITION OBJECTIVE
The senior project manager performs diverse, complex management duties to oversee and sustain the Center for Clinical Investigations Community Health Programs. As a member of the central Community Health Programs team, the senior project manager works with and under the direction of the center senior director, in coordination with partner agencies, project teams, external partners, and target audiences, to sustain and advance the community health programs and is central to its ongoing success and sustainability. The senior project manager works under the direction of central team leadership at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and with project teams including an extensive network of stakeholders and partners throughout the region and state. The senior project manager develops and is responsible for multiple projects and related timelines and budgets and for implementing their scopes of work, including annual work plans, deliverables, data and evaluation activities, Project ECHO TeleECHO Clinics, timelines, assigned tasks, resources, project meetings, and reports.

CONTACTS
Department: Contact with all levels of departmental faculty and staff to maintain workflow.
University: Regular contact with the Office of the Vice Dean for Translational Research Office, government relations, and communications to exchange information.
External: Daily contact with partners, government leadership, and other private and non-profit entities. Contact with contractors, outside vendors, and distributors of products.
Students: Little or no contact with students.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Directly supervises program staff as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 6 to 8 years of management/supervisory experience in a corporate or nonprofit organization; a healthcare setting is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
WORKING CONDITIONS
Some local and statewide travel. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
