1st Shift Operators Job Description

We are looking for a full time operators who are reliable and quality-oriented operator to join our team. As an operator, you would work Monday through Friday inspecting & packaging silicone parts/medical devices, operating silicone and thermoplastic injection molding machines. This may include removing products from injection molding machines, inspecting product quality, and packaging finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machinery in the production of medical device components and consumer devices
• Monitor machines’ functionality and outputs
• Conduct quality checks and report findings
• Inspect products in a factory environment
• Work with other team members to maintain product quality and improve processes
• Package finish products

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00

Job Type: Full time - 8 hour shifts

Hours:

1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:45am to 3:15pm

Must be able to commute to Sanford, Maine, next to Walmart.
