Job Title: Cellulose Insulation Installer

Casco Bay Insulation is an industry leader specializing in a comprehensive, whole house approach to residential energy efficiency. The available position involves working primarily in new construction with a focus on high-end, energy efficient homes. Ideal candidates will have experience in a trade but we will train ambitious candidates with applicable transferable skills. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to a job well done, is punctual and has a great attitude. If you prefer working for a smaller company that recognizes your talents we may be a great fit.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform air sealing, install netting, cellulose, and air barriers; we do not install fiberglass or spray foam insulation.
• Operate insulation equipment
• Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition
• Work safely and respectfully with the other team members
• Take pride in high quality workmanship

Skills, Experience, & Talents

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Construction, insulation, and hand tool experience preferred
• Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding (rarely over 10ft)
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be punctual

Monday thru Friday, 6:45 am-4:00 pm. Some overtime, we do not work nights or week-ends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
