Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will communicate with clients to understand their project from the initial lead intake to assisting them throughout the entirety of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicating with Leads / Customers
• Conduct client consultations to determine project goals, budget, and timeline.
• Office support (Ordering office supplies when needed)
• Sales support
• Design support
• Attend Sales & Showroom Meeting
• Help update and maintain CoConstruct (Upload documents &

Designs)

• Monitoring "New Project Inquiry Form" / Processing Leads
• Proof Reading & Sending Estimates (prepared by estimator)
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
• Passion for cultivating the ultimate customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
