Cascadia Health is Hiring a Remote Director, Project Management Office

This position works in NE Portland. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position works a hybrid schedule, typically two days in office, but varies based on program needs. This is not a fully remote position.

Position Overview:

Cascadia Health is seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Director of Project Management Office. This pivotal position entails spearheading strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals and mission. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and oversight of Cascadia’s Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with our Strategic Plan and executive priorities.
  • Provide strategic direction for high-level projects, guiding teams through complex challenges and driving solutions.
  • Establish standardized project management processes and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop staff engaged in project management activities, promoting leadership and professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recommendations that support our organizational goals and vision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certification.
  • Seven years of experience in project or portfolio management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and at least one year in a supervisory role.
