This position will combine the challenges of teaching, coaching and growing the National Support Center staff, which operates as a key strategic department to support our officers and management teams, along with researching, developing and coordinating key metrics and operating systems. Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and manage KPI tracking reports to help regional managers understand the strengths and weaknesses of their region and implement focused changes
Work to simplify, streamline, and improve reporting functions continuously
Work with IT and operations to improve and develop the Support Centers technology, systems and processes
Take on new projects as they arise ranging from implementation of new systems and software, building new reports, analyzing new and existing contracts, or assisting with the opening of new regions
Answer telephone calls from onsite Security Officers and provide needed support
