Description:
Utilize glass skills to replace or remove & install (R&I) all types of auto glass on vehicles involved in accidents and return those vehicles back to factory or customer specifications. We have many of the newest glass tools available for use. You'll work less hours but make as much as you would at bigger corporate auto body shops. Cascade believes there's life outside of work!
Responsibilities:
Review any necessary glass operations with technicians and the blueprint department. Organize and schedule the day based on workload. Request supplemental time for additional labor hours when necessary. Use proper procedures to R&I or replace all windshields, back glasses, quarter glasses, and necessary trim panels using proper procedures at any of our Cascade locations as needed. Calibrate forward facing cameras after any at-shop windshield installations. Travel to customers' homes in a company vehicle to perform glass work that doesn't require calibration.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of applicable prior experience in auto glass. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Must be willing to work in a team environment to contribute to the success of our business. Knowledge and understanding of AGSC standards
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm w/ an hour lunch every day regardless of shift. Hours may vary based on workload.
