An assembler at Cascade Pump is responsible for building pumps and getting bowl assemblies/parts orders ready to ship. We at Cascade Pump build all our pumps to specific customer expectations. An assembler works with other team members to meet customer’s shipping demands as well as assist in the process of building pumps.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read calibrated tape measure, levels.
• Build pumps and part assemblies to meet customer specifications per the Bill of Materials.
• Report any discrepancies found during the process of building.
• Must be able to work closely with other team members.
• Must be able to Assist in our test lab and be able to work in the outside elements.
• Must be able to operate overhead cranes and various Hydraulic Presses.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of mechanical experience.
• Preferably 2 years pump manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must be very safety conscious.
• Must have good communication skills.​​​​​​​
