Cascades of Stayton (independent living, assisted living) provides care for residents and their families all over the region including Kingston, Sublimity, Aumsville, Young and Lyons.

As the Concierge we’re looking for you to create a welcoming environment and play an important role when it comes to creating the overall culture of the community. In addition to building relationships with our residents and their families, you’ll also be relied upon to help out other departments in variety of different ways.

What Cascade Living and Cascades of Stayton look for in a Concierge:

• Previous experience working with seniors or in customer service preferred, but not required 
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time
• Ownership attitude and is able to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Concierge for Cascades of Stayton:

• Greet guests who come to the door and potentially work with sales to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour
• Responsible for calls that come in and delivering messages
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Coordinate and schedule transportation for residents of the community
• Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$14.20 - $15.00 per hour*Depending on experience
