Job Detail:
The Financial Accountant/Analyst is a hybrid role responsible for the accurate and timely completion of home office accounting and financial statement preparation. In addition, the position will support the daily activities of the Financial Planning & Analysis department. The ideal candidate should be an analytical, detail-oriented, independent thinker who can identify anomalies and imagine solutions.
Salary: $60,000-$75,000/yearly
What Cascade Living Looks for in Financial Accountant/Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 2 or more years of relevant experience with progressive advancement
- Strong technical skills (excellent Excel skills required)
- Experience using multi-entity property management software such as Yardi.
- Data analysis and financial planning experience
- Understanding of Intercompany transactions
What you can expect to do as a Financial Accountant/Analyst for Cascade Living:
- Responsible for the accounting function of the Home Office
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Assist with the month-end close process
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Assist with external audits of financial statements, worker’s comp, and 401K
- Assist financial planning and analysis manager with projects
