As a Community Driver, you’re responsible for transporting our residents to a variety of locations and ensuring that their ride with you is as comfortable as possible.

What Cascade Living and Regency Grand look for in a Community Driver:

• Must be at least 21 years old and must have Class B licsence.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Compassionate individuals with a positive attitude, willing to offer physical assistance as needed
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Community Driver for Regency Grand:

• Transport residents to and from various locations, i.e., medical appointments, stores, banks, scenic drives and social events
• Perform or assist in routine preventive maintenance procedures on the vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• When there are no scheduled outings or appointments, assist with various tasks throughout the community
• Available Monday-Friday and occasional weekends and evenings for resident activities and outings
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$16.50-$17.50/hr 
*Depending on Experience 

Monday-Thursday 

8am-4:30pm *depending on resident appointments
