As a Garage Door Technician at Cascade Garage Door Pro LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' garage doors. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial garage doors and related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new garage doors, including tracks, springs, cables, and openers, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify any potential issues and address them proactively.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with garage door systems, including opener malfunctions, sensor issues, and track misalignment.
• Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as springs, cables, rollers, and hinges.
• Provide recommendations to customers regarding repairs or replacements based on the condition of their garage door system.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the problem, proposed solutions, and associated costs.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and product advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in garage door installation, maintenance, or repair preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
