Cascade Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Spokane, WA

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, customer service and administrative support at the front desk.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reserve appointments times for patients

- Handle patients inquiries and provide accurate information

- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and verifing insurance for patients account

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in multitasking

- Excellent phone etiquette and HIPPA complient communication skills

- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

- Experience with front desk operations and office procedures

- Familiarity with phone systems and computers

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic fun environment where patient care and customer service is paramount. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
