We are a fast-growing property management company located in North Scottsdale that is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual to provide support for their accounting team.

This position is Monday through Friday with some schedule flexibility after training is complete. This is not a remote position.

Duties:

• Accounts Receivable: handle complex monthly franchise billings
• Handle intercompany billings
• Process monthly owner statements and payments
• Process monthly recurring owner charges and owner credits
• Set up new properties/owners including TPT license applications
• Daily review of property owner charges
• Daily review and disbursement of reservations
• Funds transfers to operating account
• Prepare reservations and owner balances reports monthly
• Month-end close allocations and entries
• Assist with ledger review and reconciliation
• Provide payables, payroll and account reconciliation support as needed
• Complete various additional tasks/projects as assigned by management

Skills and experience:

• QuickBooks experience required, QuickBooks Online experience a plus
• Accounting degree or certificate required
• Three year relevant accounting work experience desired
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
