Casablanca Coffee & Grill in Grants Pass, OR is looking for baristas to join our strong team. We have 3 locations (Soon to be 4!!). Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, hard-working, prompt, team work oriented, accurate, friendly and must be able to handle a fast paced work environment. Also must be able to be to communicate clearly with coworkers. We are willing to train the right person! This is a fun and fast paced job! Apply online or at any of our 3 locations!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Take accurate food orders and relay to the cook line
- Expedite all orders coming from the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- Have or be able to obtain an OLCC Servers permit
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Valid Food Handlers Card
