**Job Overview:**

We are seeking dedicated Server to join our small family business team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

We are a small family business restaurant and help out in every aspect of the restaurant.

It is expected to help BOH; as the BOH helps FOH

Upscale casual puerto rican Latin restaurant

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

**Duties:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly

- Assist in bussing tables and sanitizing dining areas

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Operate POS systems efficiently

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required

- Knowledge of Clover POS or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Strong guest relations skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial
