Job Overview:
Join our growing team at Casa Sojourn Services LLC! We are a provider of commercial and residential cleaning services, serving a diverse range of clients including offices, retail spaces, and private residences. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and are currently seeking reliable and experienced Cleaning Contractors with at least 2 years of experience preferred to join us on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
For Commercial Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, including desks, chairs, and common areas
- Vacuum and mop floors in commercial buildings
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Restock supplies as needed
For Residential Cleaning:
- Dust and clean surfaces in living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Vacuum and mop floors throughout the home
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
General Responsibilities for Both:
- Provide own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain reliable transportation and be willing to travel around Sacramento and surrounding areas
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Must be insured or willing to get insured within 30 days of hiring
