We are hiring for a PRN RN for our Inpatient Unit. 12 hours shifts, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am (flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends).

• Performs hands-on nursing care in the hospice inpatient setting by utilizing the nursing process to achieve quality outcomes for the patients.
• Knowledgeable regarding criteria for hospice general inpatient, respite, and routine home care.
• Initiates and completes a nursing assessment within the specified time frame, according to level of service (GIP, Residential, Respite).
• Accurately documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care in the electronic medical record.
• Performs 60- or 90-day record review for recertifications as appropriate.

Experience Requirements

• One year of clinical experience.

License Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
