The job of Café Manager - Central Kitchen is done for the purpose/s of overseeing the cooking and preparing of food items that meet mandated nutritional requirements; verifying quantities and specifications of orders; maintaining facilities in a sanitary condition; monitoring equipment and supply requirements; and assisting assigned food services personnel in food preparation. This job reports to the Director of Nutrition Services.
Essential Functions:
Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements: Criminal Justice/Fingerprint Clearance required. Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
