Job Description:
As a Barista at Casa De Otay, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving handcrafted specialty coffee and beverages.
- Serving seasonal food items.
- Providing excellent customer service with personalized attention.
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of barista experience.
- Food Handler's Card.
- Availability in the mornings, Monday to Friday.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for making quality coffee.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
