Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our catering services to various locations in a safe and timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This is a Freelance position and requires you have a vehicle.

Duties:

- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including tractor-trailers and refrigerated trailers

- Load and unload goods and products from the delivery vehicle

- Plan and follow designated routes for efficient delivery

- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues

- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records

- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred

- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles

- Familiarity with using forklifts for loading/unloading is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items
