Carver Companies is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Charleston, SC
- Provide support for co-workers, contractors, vendors, project managers, engineers, and others as necessary to support project and renovation work.
- Work safely and report all potentially unsafe conditions
- May be required to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime and provide emergency call-in support.
- Must have electrical background in:
- Lockout/tagout
- Removing/replacing breakers
- Replacing receptacles/disconnects/lighting.
o Capable of using a multimeter to test and troubleshoot.
- Experience operating equipment such as:
o forklift/lull/skid steer
- Capable of replacing plumbing fixtures
- Experience in basic carpentry
- Performs office furniture, window, door, and hardware repairs.
- Various hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
- Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Must have required basic hand tools.
- Must be able to prep and paint multiple different surfaces.
