Role and Team

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will actively hunt for growth opportunities to drive our business forward. You will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide the right mix of ADESA products and services to meet those needs.

You will contribute to and enjoy the rewards of success in an innovative atmosphere, as a valued member of our ADESA community.

Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue and engage with prospects
  • Generate new business leads and close deals
  • Effectively execute ADESA’s Dealer Sales strategy
  • Prospect, upsell, and manage accounts to ensure growth in vehicles sold and purchased
  • Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services
  • Maximize technology
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Outside Business to Business Sales experience.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.

  • The physical activity requirements of the position range from Light to Medium Physical Work.

Physical Working Conditions
