This is a full time on site role for a Pastor. The Pastor will be responsible for leading worship services, preaching sermons, providing pastoral care, and overseeing discipleship programs.

Qualifications:
Pastoring and Pastoral care skills
Deep understand of and appreciation for the Bible
Experience with providing spiritual guidance and counseling
Ability to create and implement discipleship programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field
Ordination or certification from a recognized religious institution is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience leading worship services, and experience working in diverse communities.
