Description
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PART TIME HOUSEKEEPER responsible for the cleaning and housekeeping of an apartment community conveniently located in Tampa. This position offers permanent part time employment.
Schedule
Flexible schedule of 12.5 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
Location
Near interaction of N. Dale Mabry and Hillsborough Ave.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
• Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior custodial experience a plus.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
