BRIEF DESCRIPTION
To work effectively and diligently providing the best customer service experience within Carter Orthodontics for all patients. This individual must maintain the scheduling integrity of the practice by following the below job description.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Individuals must be very well versed in phone etiquette.
· Check-in, Schedule, Dismiss and reschedule patients in a timely manner.
· Set your team up for success by making sure patients are ready for treatment.
· Verify all New Patient paperwork is complete and entered for each patient.
· Obtain any updated insurance information.
· Maintain the privacy of all patients.
· Confirm appointments.
· Actively work to make certain the schedule is optimized for a productive workday.
· Collect payments as needed for Treatment virtually and in person.
· Confidence in utilizing our practice management systems (Cloud 9 and Weave).
· Communicate all financial and insurance updates with the team as needed.
· Answer questions as needed to maximize customer satisfaction.
· Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma
· Preferable at least 2-year experience in a similar customer service role in the dental field.
· Previous orthodontics experience preferred.
· Positive Attitude!
