Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the General Manager
· Open and close Retail Market

· Drive fruit, bakery, and merchandise sales

· Excel in guest experience, including in person and over the phone

· Mentor, train, and maintain daily updates and communications with retail staff

· Accurately receive deliveries of merchandise and supplies

· Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and organization

· Accurately complete any necessary returns and manage guest experience.

· Troubleshoot and fix technology and POS issues

· Accurately complete any necessary returns and manage guest experience.

· Using company brand standards, create, update, and maintain product signage

· Take initiative and work independently to satisfy company goals

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

· Participate in regular meetings with the GM

· Actively participate in management team meetings and communicate regularly with staff and management team members.

Experience:
· 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a retail or hospitality environment

· HS or equivalent degree

· Proficient and experienced with technology, POS systems, and office equipment

· Microsoft office software experience

· Accurate in counting cash and making change

· Professional demeanor and appearance, and excellent service-oriented verbal skills

· Creative and service-oriented problem-solving skills

Note: Multilingual skills are a plus.
