Summary
The street team attends company sponsored events to engage with event attendees and promote the brand. They are responsible for communicating with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manager to effectively convey the key messages and values of the Carter brand.
Schedule - Part-Time, attend 20-30 events between the months of April - October. If the right candidate wants to stay on the Carter team during the event off-season or pick up full-time hours during the event season, additional positions/responsibilities can be discussed. Pay - $20.00 an hour

Create content for social media from the event and distribute to the Marketing Team after event completion.
Coordinate with Marketing Director for event schedule.
Prepare company vehicle for event including but not limited to, loading event supplies and ensuring vehicle is clean and event ready.
Drive to and from company sponsored events in a safe manner obeying all applicable traffic laws.
Set up company sponsored events with essential equipment including but not limited to, tents, tables, branded materials, swag items, and any interactive elements like games.
Engage with event attendees in a friendly and informative manner to communicate the company’s message and values.
Distribute promotional materials to event attendees and engage them in event activities.
Event wrap up including but not limited to, dismantling and properly storing all branded and unbranded equipment and promotional materials in the designated storage areas, and returning company vehicles.
Provide any feedback regarding the event, including attendee feedback, to the Marketing Director for future reference.
Work with any additional street team members to work together on event tasks to meet expectations.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications Requirements
Prior customer service or event management experience preferred
Prior marketing experience a plus
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and set-up and tear-down booths at events
Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
