We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Express Service Shop Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our express service operations run smoothly and our team members are well-trained and efficient. The Express Service Shop Supervisor/Trainer will oversee the daily operations of the express service department, ensuring all services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role includes supervising service technicians, providing training and development, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a superior customer service experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the express service department.
Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet customer demand and dealership standards.
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing service technicians.
Conduct hands-on training sessions to improve technical skills and service procedures.
Ensure all express services are performed accurately and efficiently.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee customer satisfaction an adherence to dealership standards.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
Implement and enforce safety protocols within the service shop.
Qualifications
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Time management – managing one’s own time and the time of others.
Basic computer skills
Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
WA state driver's license is required.
Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required.
Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required.
