As a Fast growing staffing, recruitment and compliance company, Mavec Advisors is seeking a payroll, human resources coordinator.

Responsibilities

Provide day to day transactional and operational payroll and HR support primarily to our contract employees

Review employee time information for employees

Work in tandem with payroll department to ensure accuracy

Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding

Includes all documents including I9 and benefits information

Provide reports in Excel and Word

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Team player, able to work as part of a team

HRIS systems experience

Payroll experience required
