Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Use automotive diagnostics to identify parts needed for repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock shelves
- Process cash transactions and handle cash with accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the department

Skills:
- math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and inventory levels
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to negotiate and upsell products to increase sales
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair to accurately identify parts needed
- Cash handling experience to process transactions accurately
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics to assist customers effectively
- Sales skills to meet or exceed sales goals
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse customer base
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
