Carter Clinic PA is Hiring a Registered Dietitian Consultant Near Fayetteville, NC
Registered Dietician:
Perform formal and formal evaluations for the residents of The Carter Clinic P.A. on a least an annual basis and as needed in all (4) group home.
Provide In service training for the staff on nutrition, food, storage, and the preparation and serving of food.
Provide outline in the policy manual and each resident's Program Plan
Ensure standards for quality of service will be met.
Ensure that the facility has adequate documentation that the CONTRACTEE is qualified to direct food and nutrition services.
Agree to protect and preserve the confidential nature of all client information to the contractee has access.
Provide services as specified in all facilities regulations
*Must be a Registered Dietitian with the North Carolina Board
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $31.00 - $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
