is a leading merchandising company nationwide operating in 35 states. CART provides direct contract with Retailers providing a variety of Merchandising from Remodels to Resets and more.


IMMEDIATE START - WEEKLY ONGOING SCHEDULES!!!

Pay Rate:Up to $18 Per Hour DOE paid drive time and mileage paid @ .35 when applicable


Details –
Typically 3-5 days per weekdays; 4-8 hour shifts; Flexible Variable Scheduling; No Nights, Weekends or Major Holidays


Daytime Hours:
Variable start times as early as 6 AM


Locations:
Salem to Portland and surrounding areas but not limited too, Must be able to cover 50 mile radius 1 direction.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 1-year retail and/or merchandising experience that includes resets/remodels
  • Must be comfortable reading POG’s (plan-o-gram) and implementing the POG
  • Must comply with the Company Dress Code
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Working smart phone with internet access, ability to submit photos
  • Must be able to read and follow detailed directions
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
  • Must meet the physical requirements standing, squatting, kneeling for 6–10 hours and regularly lifting 25 pounds
  • Must have access to reliable transportation

MUST WORK ALL DEPARTMENTS INCLUDING FREEZERS/COOLERS


Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Projects include implementation of weekly plan-o-grams, visual merchandising, resets, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation.
  • Building an excellent service relationship with team members, CART personnel and clients.
  • Reporting accurate worked hours daily via online portal accessible with a smart phone, computer, or tablet.
  • Remaining accessible and having open communication with the Project Manager.
  • Ability to arrive on time and work scheduled hours, which may include overnight or early morning shifts.
  • Ability to work successfully on a team or individually and follow the Lead’s directions.
  • Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required.
  • Depending on location, willingness to commute to different locations each week, within a 30 –50mile radius, to meet client needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
