CART Solutions is a leading merchandising company nationwide operating in 35 states. CART provides direct contract with Retailers providing a variety of Merchandising from Remodels to Resets and more.
WEEKLY ONGOING SCHEDULING
Pay Rate:$15 Per Hour paid drive time and mileage paid @ .35 when applicable
Details: Team typically works Monday - Wednesday with an occasional Thursday. MUST have POG no training available. MUST be able to commute to all locations listed above. MUST have reliable transportation.
Daytime Hours: 5AM 8/10 hour shifts
Locations Change Daily: – Loxahatchee, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Park, Riviera Beach. MUST be able to commute to all locations.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1-year retail and/or merchandising experience that includes resets/remodels
- Must be comfortable reading POG’s (plan-o-gram) and implementing the POG
- Must comply with the Company Dress Code including a mandatory, approved face covering
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Working smart phone with internet access
- Must be able to read and follow detailed directions
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
- Must meet the physical requirements standing, squatting, kneeling for 6–10 hours and regularly lifting 25 pounds
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Comply with company dress code including a mandatory approved face covering
MUST WORK ALL DEPARTMENTS INCLUDING FREEZERS/COOLERS
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Projects include implementation of weekly plan-o-grams, visual merchandising, resets, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation.
- Building an excellent service relationship with team members, CART personnel and clients.
- Reporting accurate worked hours daily via online portal accessible with a smart phone, computer, or tablet.
- Remaining accessible and having open communication with the Project Manager.
- Ability to arrive on time and work scheduled hours, which may include overnight or early morning shifts.
- Ability to work successfully on a team or individually and follow the Lead’s directions.
- Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Depending on location, willingness to drive to different locations each week, within a 30 – 50 mile radius, to meet client needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
