Located at 1001 Mountain Street in beautiful Carson City,NV, Carson Tahoe Transitional Rehabilitation Center is licensed for 80 beds ofrehabilitation and transitional care. We opened our doors in March of 2019 and having been serving thecommunity at a high level since then. Our community is big, bright, open, and fullof energy. The programming we offer our residents is comprehensive, which helpscreate a positive and engaging community.
