Also master and be prepared to discuss CW-TSFG’s philosophy for planning and investment services. Recognize and take ownership to care for our clients. Provide all documentation – the financial plan documents and reports - and be able to clearly communicate – with the ultimate goal of enhancing our clients’ lives. Follow through on all actions to be done for clients. Advance your knowledge by being involved and chairing one of our committees or initiatives. Always seek opportunities to build our business through referrals, networking, and building relationships.

What To Expect

  • Manage the complete client experience with CW-SFG for an assigned group of clients. This will include initial plan or review preparation and presentation, and implementation following.
  • Update plans, as necessary, to maintain reliable and current information.
  • Make recommendations for investment allocations and/or rebalancing based on client risk tolerance including specific investments from CW-TSFG approved investment list.
  • Identify topics for review meetings and plan agenda.
  • Be able to communicate with clients and address most administrative issues and oversee all follow-up.
  • Strategize with advisors on client solutions and advice.
  • Know CW-SFG philosophy for planning and investment services and how they are delivered.
  • Be able to perform data collection and use the client onboarding process including risk tolerance questionnaire.
  • Know how to input and update reports and software (E-Money/Salesforce/Excel/ Other) to provide client services.
  • Be proficient in scheduling meetings with clients including collection of data in advance.
  • Chair or co-chair one of company committees.
  • Collaborate and mentor other staff, assist in training of more junior staff.
  • Assist in business development area. Market and capture new clients through referrals or other means.

What You Need

  • Investment Licensed - Series 65 and/ or 7; life & health insurance licensed
  • College degree – preferably in finance, financial planning, economics, or accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an advisor or planner
  • Certified financial planner (CFP) designation is ideal
  • Ability to manage the complete client experience
  • Work ethically and with integrity, including maintaining client and firm confidentiality
  • Professional, service-oriented demeanor with pleasant, business-appropriate communications
  • Detail oriented to ensure the accuracy of reports, correspondence, and databases
  • Uphold a professional image
