We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Swimming Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our company's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, and equipment inspection.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Conduct pool openings and closings for the season.
• Identify and resolve water quality issues, ensuring a safe and clean swimming environment.
• Install and upgrade pool and spa equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment, and water chemistry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of pool equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
