Receptionist

Capital Ford is looking for a part-time Receptionist for our Carson City, NV location.

Saturdays only - 8a-5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets visitors, identifies and Verifies visitor's credentials and answers any questions regarding the company or services offered.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards all customers, colleagues, and team members.
• Assists with daily reception duties such as, receiving calls, scanning orders and distributing mail.
• Schedules appointments.
• Maintains confidentiality of all company information.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of Receptionist experience preferred.

• Customer Service - Thrive in a positive customer-centered environment.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for their own work while also being able to communicate with internal and external teams.
• Strong communication skills - Ability to speak clearly and concisely, listen clearly, speak concisely, take detailed notes, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
