Title: Scan Coordinator
Classification: Non-Exempt
Scan Coordinator is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the operations and performance of the Scan Department in order to achieve and maintain department goals. Trains, coaches, and monitors all team members on their job duties according to company policies and procedures. Enforce and complies with pertinent state and local laws, as well as agriculture regulations. Maintains communication with all department managers to ensure price and sign accuracy. Also responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers’ requests in locating products, to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including one overnight shift per month, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to transfer to other locations within a reasonable commute of home store.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Required experience:

• Must have 6 months retail experience
• Basic operational use of standard office equipment (i.e. computer, printer/fax, etc.)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
