What is the position we are searching for?

Sales Assistant-Mount Holly, NJ

CarShop-Penske Automotive Group is looking for a dependable, team oriented Sales Assistant to carry out vehicle deliveries in accordance with the CarShop culture and values.

• The successful candidate will coordinate with the Sales Department to prioritize and manage the delivery of sold vehicles each day. He/She will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction.
• The Sales Assistant must be able to explain delivery paperwork to customers and is to answer all questions from them including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products.
• The successful candidate will introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department and go over the operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered.
• He/She continuously contributes to a positive and encouraging atmosphere, where the readiness to help is necessary to assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services.
