Essential Functions

• Provides individual psychotherapy and/or case management sessions on an as-needed basis.
• Provides group psychotherapy and other psycho-educational groups on an as-needed basis.
• Conducts family therapy sessions as needed.
• Conducts community education activities (individual and community) as directed.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Two to five years of experience as a Social Worker in the mental health field is preferred.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Requires state LMSW, LPC, or LPCA licensure.
• BLS certification is required upon hire.
• De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
