We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information on products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
