We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse at Carroll Lutheran Village 7a-7pm on our Health Care Center!
*For a limited time we are offering a $5,000 hiring incentive as well as willing to pay for license transfer fees if license if registered in another state!*
What You’ll Do as a RN at Carroll Lutheran Village:
- Oversee a group of inpatient residents (census dependent on state laws) with the support of PCTs to conduct observations, measuring stats and machine set up
- Administer medication to senior residents
- Administer treatments as ordered
- Observe patients for physical or emotional changes
- Enter thorough and accurate documentation on electronic MAR/TAR (PCC)
- Deliver the highest-level in-patient care
- Supervise assigned Certified Medical Assistants and Geriatric Nursing Assistants
- Communication with Interdisciplinary team and physician

Qualifications
