Description: Carroll College invites applications for an IT Administrator. The IT Administrator supports and maintains Carroll College’s IT Infrastructure (IM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Patch Management (PM), Endpoint management (EPM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Enterprise Telephony Systems. Participates in supporting, maintaining, and diagnosing applications provided by Carroll College or any of its vendors in service of the campus’s daily operations. This position will interact with other IT staff, faculty, operational staff, and student’s campus-wide to assist in troubleshooting complex issues and provide effective solutions that adhere to Carroll College standards. Individual may perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 to 5 years of related experience in Network Administration and associated network hardware, software and infrastructure. Working knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Linux servers, and ability to interpret and apply industry best practices including network monitoring, network management, and network security preferred.
