Carroll College is Hiring an Advancement Services Coordinator Near Helena, MT

Description: Carroll College is seeking a highly motivated person to fill our Advancement Services Coordinator position. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of philanthropic gifts and grants to the college, ensuring accurate database records and donor files and compliance with relevant laws, generally accepted accounting principles, Council for Advancement and Support of Education standards, and internal policies. This person will collaborate with key stakeholders and prepare statements and reports as needed. Additionally, the Coordinator will work as a member of the Institutional Advancement team, coordinating their activities with those of the other individuals within the department.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field, and/or 2-3 years of progressively responsible basic accounting and fundraising experience.
