Description: Carroll College is seeking an Admissions Technology Specialist to assist the enrollment team with its data management efforts. This position will support Enrollment Operations in its optimal use of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology. The ideal candidate will verify data accuracy and will be responsible for providing operational and analytic reports. This position will also work closely with the college IT Office and with external vendors.
The Admissions Technology Specialist must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to deliver world-class customer service with a positive attitude. The position reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Operations.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have at least an Associate’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years’ related experience. Our Admissions Technology Specialist will also have two years of work experience and demonstrate a keen understanding of relational databases and data transfers. An advanced knowledge of MS Office productivity software including Excel and Access is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment while also but also working independently for extended periods of time is also required.
