Responsibilities
- Follow maintenance and repair schedules for all areas of the facility and grounds.
- Follow proper procedures for care, use, maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Identify and report to supervisor any equipment malfunction.
- Identify and report to supervisor areas in poor repair.
- Assist with general maintenance such as: painting, moving furniture, and other various small jobs.
