What we're looking for: Someone with tenacity, passion, and leadership skills to join our team as a VN Clinical Coordinator at our San Jose campus.

Summary: Do you have a passion for education and seeing students thrive? Carrington College's Clinical Coordinator position assists with coordination of the clinical experience and clinical sites where students receive clinical education.

What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $100,000-110,000 per year. Our benefit program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation in your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Some of the great work you'll do includes:

• Train Clinical Instructors
• Evaluate Clinical Instructors at clinical sites
• Send student emails on how to get exchange, visit classes
• Create clinical rotation for students that have clinical component
• Maintaining relationships with community and develop rapport with directors
• Send communication to students/faculty didactic
• Liaison student injury/ behavior issues
• Find faculty to cover rotations
• Track compliance - student immunization
• Monitor weekly clinical attendance
• Acquire new sites and develop new sites

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:

• BSN
• 3 years of RN or VN experience
• RN or VN Licensure in the state of California
