Carrier Enterprise-Comfort Products Distributing (CPD) is a leading seller and distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products. CPD proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant, Payne and Gree brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full-line of parts, supplies, and accessories supported by over 150 vendors. CPD provides the best products and best in-class customer service to a client base ranging from home owners to commercial and industrial contractors.

We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Inside Sales position in ourHouston, Texasbranch.

Responsibilities include:

• Select commercial air conditioning equipment and accessories based on customer input and planspecifications created by mechanical engineers
• Create clear quotations and proposals based on the selections above
• Create accurate submittals based on the selections above
• Answer phone inquiries by customers on selected equipment
• Create complete packages so that equipment can be ordered
• Follow critical orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering is desired, but not required
• Previous sales experience required; HVAC sales experience preferred
• Qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and must possess excellent organizational skills
